Aloo Ki Lonji (Spicy Potatoes with Fennel seeds)

I’ve always loved eating Indian food and with the right spices and some minor shopping good dinner is coming your way.

  1. Get spices out of the cabinet and ready to go
  2. Boil potatoes, measure spices, chop tomatoe
  3. Add oil and whole spices cook and then add tomatoes and ground spices until they form a thick past

  4. Add potatoes and bring to boil
  5. Cook until thick paste is formed and serve

Cheap and delicious.
