I’ve always loved eating Indian food and with the right spices and some minor shopping good dinner is coming your way.
- Get spices out of the cabinet and ready to go
- Boil potatoes, measure spices, chop tomatoe
- Add oil and whole spices cook and then add tomatoes and ground spices until they form a thick past
- Add potatoes and bring to boil
- Cook until thick paste is formed and serve
Cheap and delicious.
